Fees for Adult Psychotherapy

• Sessions are 50 minutes and include all art materials.
• Session rates are $250 to work with a senior therapist, $200 for a professional level therapist. Our therapists in training have a limited number of adjusted rate slots for individuals with a demonstrated financial hardship.
• $350 for extended 90 minute sessions. Special arrangement required.

Fees for Child and Family Therapy

• Sessions are 50 minutes and include all art materials.

Payments

• Payments are due at the time of service.
• Check, cash, credit card or Venmo are accepted.
• Automatic credit card payments are available. Or you can pay online.

Corporate workshops and retreats.

Fees for corporate and not-for-profit organization retreats and workshops vary. Please e-mail for a project estimate.

Fees for Group Therapy

• Group Therapy is $40/session.
• Child and Adult Creative Arts Therapy groups are $40/session. Insurance accepted for these groups.
• Groups are covered by most insurance companies. We can accept Aetna, Cigna, MVP, Fidelis, Healthfirst, Emblem/NYSHIP, and Medicare for group therapy. If you would like to verify your coverage, the procedure code is: 90853.

Continuing Education hours

Continuing Education hours are offered at $35-40/credit hour.

Financial Hardship options

Clients seeking a reduced fee due to a demonstrated financial hardship may work with one of our creative arts therapists in training under supervision. Our therapists “in training” are graduate students in their final year of schooling. Our Limited Permit therapists have obtained their Masters Degree and are working towards their NY State license.  Our selection process for student therapists is comprehensive. These carefully selected new professionals are valued members of our clinical team. We appreciate their inquisitive, theoretically-grounded inquiries into the nature of human behavior and their passion for helping people be mentally healthy through the creative arts.
