Payment and Refund Policy
We understand that situations may change once you register for a workshop. Please carefully read our refund policy so we can clarify in advance any questions as there are no exceptions to the policy. For trainings and workshops at our site (Art Spa located at 190 N. 10th Street, Brooklyn) if you cancel prior to 2 weeks before the workshop starts, you receive a refund minus a $15 processing fee. You can also transfer any paid fees one time within one year to another offering. After one year there is no credit or transfer. If you transfer to another workshop within the year and cancel, do not attend or leave early there is no further refund, credit nor transfer. If you cancel less than 10 days before an on-site workshop starts, do not attend, or leave once a workshop starts, there is no refund nor transfer.
For on-going group sessions payment is due in full for each month at the beginning of the month in which service will occur. Payment is due regardless of whether you attend all scheduled sessions. The fee for these groups is often calculated based on the usual number of attendees. If NY Creative Arts Therapists PLLC cancels a session of an on-going group, a pro-rated fee for that session date will be credited to your account and applied to the following month. Payment may be made on a monthly basis or paid in advance for the all expected sessions of the group. (i.e. Group meets bi-weekly for 6 months, participants may log-on to register and pay by credit card on a monthly basis or may choose the "Qty" of months they would like to pay for at one time, in this case, "Qty 6" months at time of purchase). Payments for these groups may also be made by check or cash.
If New York Creative Arts Therapists PLLC cancels an entire workshop or training your paid fee will be refunded in full or credited to another workshop at your request. If you transfer to another workshop and then cancel, do not attend or leave early there is no further transfer.
